How to Use
 
Internal Use (Traditional Cleanse Support)
Mix ½–1 teaspoon of bentonite clay into 8–12 oz of water
Stir with a non-metal utensil
Drink once daily, preferably on an empty stomach
Follow with an additional glass of water
Often used short-term and paired with herbs like wormwood, black walnut, or cloves in traditional cleanse routines
 
External Use
Face/Body Mask: Mix clay with water or apple cider vinegar to form a paste. Apply, let dry 10–20 minutes, then rinse
Detox Bath: Add ½–1 cup to warm bath water and soak 20–30 minutes
Hair/Scalp: Use as a clarifying mask to remove buildup
